Oregon Licensed Staff Counsel

A company is looking for a Staff Counsel to manage moderately complex civil litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Independently manage all phases of litigation involving claims of moderate to heavy value Support Senior Trial Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel in case handling through trial Develop and implement advanced legal strategies for discovery, investigation, and trial preparation Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school Admission to the bar in Oregon and in good standing; additional admission to Washington State is beneficial Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience, preferably within insurance law Proven experience managing moderately complex litigation with favorable outcomes General knowledge of insurance law and related litigation
