A company is looking for a Virtual/Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging
Customize service approaches for various communication styles while maintaining professionalism
Handle confidential information sensitively and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
