A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse who is aligned with Harm Reduction principles and has experience working with patients experiencing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate telehealth patient engagement and monitoring for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and manage patient appointments and referrals Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred 2+ years of specialized nursing experience in outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment preferred Embrace a harm reduction philosophical approach to care Experience in office-based nursing preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
