Key Responsibilities Assist in onboarding new members through outbound calls to welcome and orient them Manage inbound contact from members via phone, email, and text Provide sport-specific recruiting advice and answer related questions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Availability for 25-29 hours per week, including weeknights and weekends Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Prior experience in sports, either as an athlete or coach at the high school level or higher is preferred Background check required upon offer Bilingual candidates are preferred
