A company is looking for a Consultancy - Partnerships Advisor to support locally-led initiatives in Ukraine. Key Responsibilities Shape and enhance the locally-led vision and Partnership Approach for the organization Identify new areas for analysis and research related to localization and advise on operationalizing new ideas Support the development of visibility materials and engage with global localization networks Required Qualifications University Degree/Masters in international studies, social, economic, or relevant field preferred 7-10 years of senior experience in the humanitarian and/or development field Proven expertise in partnership approaches and capacity strengthening of local organizations Strong knowledge of organizational development in challenging environments Excellent proficiency in English; Ukrainian/Russian proficiency is strongly preferred
