Patient Access Team Lead
A company is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key support resource for the Patient Access Services team and assist with workflow and system function inquiries
Coordinate and facilitate training for new team members and assist in work assignments and re-assignments
Cover certain duties in the Supervisor's absence and use independent judgment in issue resolution and staff scheduling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 6 months of related patient access team experience or 1 year of prior patient access experience required
Preferred: 2 years of experience in Patient Access, Customer Service, and Leadership
Preferred: CHAA or CRCR certification
