Patient Engagement Advocate
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join their contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR
Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet call production goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of experience in a call center or as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare
Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR is preferred
Minimum of a high school diploma
Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task across multiple programs
Must be available for a 6-week training period with no time off
