Patient Engagement Advocate
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments using the E360 Proprietary System
Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR to address patient needs effectively
Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and stay updated on site protocols and physician schedules
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of experience in a call center or as a receptionist; healthcare experience preferred
Prior experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR is preferred
Minimum of a high school diploma
Must be available for 6 weeks of training with no time off
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
