Patient Support Lead

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily management for work teams, including staffing and productivity stats
Oversee and direct daily work for the team, providing training and audits
Deliver exceptional customer service by scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in an office environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
