A company is looking for a People Development Partner to support the growth and development of its employees. Key Responsibilities Support the execution and improvement of ongoing development programs, including onboarding and manager learning journeys Lead regular DiSC work style trainings and manage logistics for learning programs Curate internal learning resources and track engagement to iterate on learning offerings Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in learning & development or a related field Experience designing and delivering virtual learning experiences Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Strong project management and collaboration skills Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
