A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist with some SQL experience. Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting platform errors and advising clients on product usage Providing education and assistance on product features and functionality Communicating with clients and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e. SQL Server, Postgres) Experience in the financial industry, banking, lending, or capital markets is a plus Strong customer service orientation Eagerness to grow and excel in a dynamic team environment
