People Relations Specialist
A company is looking for a People Relations Specialist who is proactive and detail-oriented, with expertise in multi-state employment law and performance management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to address employee-related matters and coach them on performance management
Maintain accurate records in the People Relations case management system and analyze employee relations data
Manage the employee offboarding process and assist with workplace investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee relations
Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Experience with Workday and employee relations case management systems preferred
Up-to-date knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance regulations
