People Services Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a People Services Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Manage HR systems implementation and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding Identify and launch new processes for HR system enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience Maintain data integrity in HR systems and create analytics dashboards for internal partners Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Acquisition systems Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of compliance and organizational policies Expertise in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems Experience in HR data analytics and reporting solutions
