People Technology Analyst
A company is looking for an Associate People Technology Analyst to manage people technology systems in a service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain the organization's people technology software systems Evaluate and recommend improvements to maximize the value and efficiency of the people technology system Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity Required Qualifications Understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and/or reporting preferred Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills Experience with Workday HCM is a plus Experience with HRIS system implementation is a plus Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
