A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement Reconcile account balances and pursue payments, working with payor remits and facility contracts Research payments and denials to resolve discrepancies and make necessary appeals Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge One or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a wide range of audiences
