A company is looking for a PFS Team Lead to join their team in a remote, full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Submit all clean claims the day they are received and ensure timely review and resolution of claims Handle complex accounts and provide follow-up based on established protocols while maintaining departmental quality standards Oversee team members, ensuring key deliverables and quality standards are met, and manage performance and scheduling challenges Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Three years of experience in cash entry, Electronic Remittance Advice retrieval/posting, or related fields Knowledge of payer requirements and hospital policies Ability to work Monday - Friday in a remote setting Experience in revenue cycle, finance, or customer service preferred
