A company is looking for a Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support healthcare payer compliance with pharmacy regulations. Key Responsibilities Monitor updates to federal and state regulations to ensure compliance of pharmacy content Review and approve pharmacy-related communications for compliance and accuracy Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to validate communication strategies and mitigate risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years in lieu of a degree) 5 years of experience in a compliance or senior-level customer service role Deep understanding of CMS, URAC, and state pharmacy compliance standards Experience in auditing content for accuracy and compliance Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with legal and regulatory teams
