A company is looking for a Platform Experience Manager to join their Customer Experience team. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and issue resolution for customer inquiries through various channels Lead customer training sessions and develop solutions to enhance platform utilization Act as a subject matter expert, updating training materials and facilitating customer feedback to drive platform improvements Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with technical support and training Prior experience in adtech or performance marketing Proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and communicating with engineering teams Experience in developing and delivering individual or group training sessions Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
