Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Support Analyst based on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal users, delivering expert support and guidance on systems and services
Investigate and resolve support requests and incidents, escalating to third-level support when necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to ongoing support initiatives
Required Qualifications
Highly experienced in technical support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role
