Key Responsibilities
Manage Portfolio Administration services and oversee daily operations of the team
Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for associates
Ensure client needs are met and handle monthly billing and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
3+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to read and understand financial statements
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple high priorities
