Key Responsibilities
Establish a specialized support and training function to enhance service quality and reduce wait times
Deliver targeted training to empower users and optimize processes, reducing ticket resolution times
Design and implement support and training teams while managing performance analytics and improvements
Required Qualifications
Advanced technical expertise in Microsoft 365, including Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience in delivering high-quality end-user support in dynamic environments
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues beyond basic IT support
Proven experience in creating training materials tailored for non-technical audiences
Familiarity with various delivery modalities, including chat, phone, and ticketing systems
