TRID Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a TRID Compliance Disclosure Specialist who is responsible for the accurate preparation and timely delivery of mortgage disclosures. Key Responsibilities: Review, verify, and update loan files to ensure accuracy of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure documents in compliance with CFPB standards Prepare disclosures according to TRID requirements and ensure secure delivery in accordance with federal regulations Utilize Encompass Loan Origination Software to manage loan pipeline and ensure compliance with TRID waiting periods Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years' experience preparing Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures Demonstrable knowledge of the mortgage process and TRID compliance 2+ years' recent experience with Loan Origination Software, preferably Encompass Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams
