Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing controls solutions across the distribution network Provide leadership and accountability for the establishment of controls solutions standards and best practices Partner with stakeholders to assess opportunities for innovative designs and performance improvements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education BS Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Automation Technology 7-10 years of experience managing manufacturing automation and controls solutions Demonstrated experience in controls delivery leadership roles Experience in leading multiple projects and factory automation technology Familiarity with controls technology, PLCs, SCADA, and integration with factory IT & OT systems
