Service Advisor
A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and maintain the company fleet for maximum equipment life and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work needed and manage parts ordering Communicate work orders with clients and ensure timely completion of repairs Schedule planned maintenance events and manage the repair order lifecycle for accuracy and efficiency Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience with medium and heavy duty vehicles Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred Familiarity with key vehicle parts and fleet systems Dealership service advisor experience preferred Strong computer skills and ability to read and create spreadsheets
