Key Responsibilities
Design and manage quantitative research for HR executives to address critical challenges
Collaborate with diverse teams including qualitative researchers and senior leaders
Develop and present research content through live presentations, webinars, and publications
Required Qualifications
Master's degree with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years of experience in an analytics-relevant field
Experience in research design and project management
Proficiency in analyzing quantitative data and leveraging insights in client-facing deliverables
Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression techniques
Experience with data visualization and utilizing programming languages such as Python or R
