Principal Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Principal, GCC Operations Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards; analyze performance data for improvement opportunities
Evaluate and optimize support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Provide mentorship and training to support managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a performance management or operations role, preferably in customer support
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance improvement initiatives
Proficient in data analysis tools and performance management software
Experience with SalesForce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau is a plus
