Process Improvement Analyst
A company is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst responsible for supporting Credit Risk Management through process assessments and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes and recommends improvements in business processes and operational data, developing policies for consistent implementation
Develops and leads process-related training programs, creating materials and evaluating training effectiveness
Supports project management for large process improvement initiatives, aligning strategies with organizational needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in banking and process improvement, or consulting
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in banking and process improvement, or consulting
Preferred experience in policy and procedure governance
Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification
