Key Responsibilities Analyzes and recommends improvements in business processes and operational data, developing policies for consistent implementation Develops and leads process-related training programs, creating materials and evaluating training effectiveness Supports project management for large process improvement initiatives, aligning strategies with organizational needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in banking and process improvement, or consulting High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in banking and process improvement, or consulting Preferred experience in policy and procedure governance Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification
