A company is looking for a Process Manager responsible for optimizing and enhancing processes within the legal recovery collection functions. Key Responsibilities: Reviews state process documentation to ensure consistency and streamline processes Identifies process gaps and works with teams to remediate off-track accounts Leads small to medium scale projects and implements automation tools for efficiency Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus
