A company is looking for a Program Manager Operations (HEDIS). Key Responsibilities Ensure successful delivery of products and services to a strategic client within the Quality/HEDIS portfolio Manage the client's custom end-to-end process map for the retrieval solution and ensure compatibility with HEDIS/Quality Products Interact with the strategic client to drive satisfaction and manage open issues in a timely manner Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; relevant Master's Degree preferred 4-6 years' experience in the Healthcare or Insurance space, preferably with large payers Strong knowledge of healthcare, specifically Risk Adjustment and/or Quality (HEDIS) A minimum of 3 years of successful client/program management experience Formal training in enterprise project management methods preferred
