Key Responsibilities: Engage with contractors, homeowners, carriers, and vendors throughout the repair process Review claim assignments to ensure all milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met Monitor and track the status of assignments ensuring timely follow-up Required Qualifications: 3+ years of property claim handling experience; adjusting experience preferred Strong knowledge of property claims repair processes Experience with property repairs estimate writing and review preferred Proficiency in using technology, including Verisk and CoreLogic products Industry certifications such as IICRC, HAAG, and CPCU preferred
