Key Responsibilities Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, Conventional, and others Request, review, and verify all loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting Maintain communication with customers, loan agents, and third parties throughout the loan process Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans Current experience with purchase loans Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income for various borrowers
