Proposal Benefits Analyst
A company is looking for a Proposal Benefits Analyst to support the development and delivery of commercial group proposals in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Generate and audit large group new and renewal proposal exhibits in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams Create, modify, and audit Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents and prepare benefit change grids Monitor proposal assignments, delegate tasks, and provide analytic support for project deliverables Required Qualifications Associate's degree or higher 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field Experience in health insurance, particularly with commercial group insurance, is highly preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly preferred General understanding of operational and administrative processes related to sales and account management
