Provider Compensation Consultant
A company is looking for a Provider Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Administers compensation programs and conducts market analyses to ensure competitive compensation recommendations
Provides analytical support for compensation-related projects and prepares reports to monitor pay program effectiveness
Acts as a resource for facility management on compensation philosophy and practices, providing training and guidance as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
Three to five years of experience in business or Human Resources, preferably in Compensation
Advanced skills in spreadsheets and relational databases for data analysis and reporting
Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred
