Director of Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the customer journey from first touch to post-sale success
Lead and develop the revenue operations team, ensuring professional growth
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and prepare reports for senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar GTM functions at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
Proven success in building scalable processes and analytics frameworks
Strong experience with CRM and sales/marketing tools, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot
Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Strong project management and organizational skills
