Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts receivable management, including billing operations and collections activities Develop and implement billing and invoicing procedures to ensure accurate and timely customer billing Manage collections efforts to minimize delinquencies and optimize cash flow Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred 7-10 years of experience in revenue operations or related roles with a focus on cash flow optimization Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and US GAAP revenue recognition principles Demonstrated leadership experience in developing high-performing teams Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
