A company is looking for a Real Estate Asset & Property Management Professional. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and financial aspects of assigned corporate properties Support the commercial real estate team with tasks such as billing, lease preparation, and management reporting Prepare and review annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in collaboration with various departments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with commercial real estate software and SAP is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform effectively both remotely and in-person
