Recruitment Coordinator
A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support talent acquisition and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Post job ads and participate in candidate sourcing efforts
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
Assist with onboarding processes and support the development of training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of experience using recruiting techniques and online platforms
Experience in reviewing resumes and executing interviews in the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and general administration
Strong knowledge of computers and hiring laws desired
