A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator - Vendor Contract to support the HR team in recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment life cycle Manage scheduling for interviews and assist with offer letters and background checks Maintain data integrity in systems and support the onboarding of vendors Required Qualifications 1-3 years of recruitment or administrative support experience in IT Previous experience with HR databases and automated recruiting tools Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with management Experience using tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
