Regional Food and Beverage Director
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Food and Beverage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for Food and Beverage operations at venues to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance
Collaborate with operations teams for event planning, execution, and management of F&B programs
Develop and analyze F&B initiatives and promotions to improve patronage and spending
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or Hospitality
3-5 years of experience in restaurant or venue F&B operations
Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience preferred
Ability to work in a corporate environment and as part of a multi-disciplined team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software
