Regional Recruiter
A company is looking for a Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition efforts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned regions and roles, focusing on high-volume positions
Build relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
Screen candidates, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with legal standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry
Strong knowledge of job boards and candidate sourcing tools
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Proven success in conducting interviews through various methods
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred
