Registered Nurse Maternity Supervisor

A company is looking for a Maternity Case Management Supervisor who will manage the case management staff and oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and support team members in the Maternity Case Management Department Conduct regular meetings with staff to gather feedback and address concerns Oversee team caseloads and provide emergency coverage as needed Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted license BSN is strongly preferred Three or more years of experience in a Case Management role Previous experience in a Maternity case management program preferred CCM certification required within the specified timeframe
