Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and verify the accuracy of clinical citations and references Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues while promoting effective utilization of company resources Required Qualifications Active nursing license required Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
