Key Responsibilities Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on healthcare and retirement benefits Navigate multiple systems to assist customers effectively Required Qualifications Previous customer service and/or call center experience High school diploma or GED Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check and drug test
