A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative to serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and provide high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to inquiries from employees, retirees, and family members regarding HR and payroll questions through various communication channels
Documents interactions accurately and resolves cases in a professional manner while meeting performance indicators
Coaches users on HR and Payroll self-service technology and escalates complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources contact center
Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and services
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
