Remote Care Manager

A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager in Patient Support Services. Key Responsibilities: Perform outbound calls to obtain information and document accurately Assist customers with pharmacy-related services through inbound calls Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and eligibility coverage Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30 wpm or more Must be computer savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs Ability to work in a virtual team environment and maintain a private workspace for HIPAA compliance
