Remote Controllership Manager
A company is looking for a Controllership professional. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support and review deliverables from offshore teams while providing impactful analytics Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiencies and controls Required Qualifications Experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory Strong knowledge of R2R processes, including GL Accounting, Journal Entries, and Reporting Familiarity with Investment accounting concepts such as Capital contribution and Asset accounting Team management skills to coach and provide feedback to team members Ability to handle client management and governance meetings effectively
