Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare-related inquiries
Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while assisting customers
Maintain presence at the desk for the duration of the shift, handling back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
Pass a customer service assessment and typing test
Successful completion of a background check
