Remote Member Services Advocate

A company is looking for a Remote Member Services Advocate. Key Responsibilities Support all lines of insurance processing, including generating enrollments and handling member inquiries Provide resolution to member problems and escalate issues as necessary while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy Enroll members in coverage and assist management with the resolution of complaints Required Qualifications High School degree required; some college coursework preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance or call center environments Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations Flexibility in personal schedule, with willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
