Key Responsibilities Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism Meet daily productivity and quality goals while adhering to HIPAA guidelines Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred Ability to work in a results-oriented environment with a fixed schedule Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
