Key Responsibilities Create and complete referrals/applications in the CRM platform while adhering to policy changes Resolve patient inquiries regarding their care journey and manage patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denial Make outbound calls for patient follow-ups and maintain quality support while educating callers Required Qualifications Knowledge of insurance billing and general pharmacy operations 2-4 years of customer-facing or call center experience High School Diploma or GED Ability to type at least 40 WPM Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools
