A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide first-level customer support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver telephone-based and electronic support to students, faculty, and staff across multiple campuses
Provide first-level technical support for various software applications and assist with complex problem resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on advancements in technology and ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in technical customer support and customer service
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
