Renewal Sales Specialist
A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage customer subscriptions and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and renew existing customer subscriptions while enhancing customer experience
Meet and exceed sales quotas through high-volume outbound sales efforts
Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and service utilization
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Familiarity with sales tools, such as Salesforce, is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
