Renewals Account Executive
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Executive for the West/Central timezones in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewals within a regional customer portfolio while adhering to specified Annual Recurring Revenue quotas
Identify and assist with expansion opportunities within the customer base
Navigate internal processes and procedures effectively to support customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or comparable industry experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in a software or technology company is a plus
Ability to work outside of normal office hours during peak times
Knowledge of SaaS and/or large CRM/ERP experience is desirable
